Provide forest carbon stock and flux estimates that are consistent with United States Forest Service (USFS) methods for forest owners/managers with a forest inventory for forestland they own or manage.
Forest inventory: Data at level of stands or aggregates of stands for a specified date or for two dates (enabling flux calculations).
